Founded in 1981, Bridgeway Senior Healthcare is a family-owned-and-operated senior living health care provider serving more than 450 residents across four campuses in Bridgewater and Hillsborough. As a provider of choice (and recipient of a prestigious “2020 Top Workplace” award by NJ.com) with nearly four decades of excellence in the central New Jersey community, “ours is a culture of ‘family’ from the top down,” shared Kyle Diamond, Human Resource specialist.
“We promote a warm working environment with a lot of camaraderie,” agreed Christine Ziegler, acting director of nursing and a member of the Bridgeway team for 18 years. “Everyone here works together toward the same end goal — to make our residents and families feel as though this is their home and we’re their family.”
Among other features of the company, “we have a very open and accessible administration and leadership team, we go out of our way to communicate with our residents’ families to let them know that their loved one is safe and in good hands, and we love to develop our employees and promote from within,” Ziegler said. The company also offers a competitive salary, mentorship/training program, health/wellness, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off benefits, a 401K plan, and more.
“Our employees are all heroes and it’s incredible to see the teamwork and constant selflessness exhibited by our employees at every level,” Diamond said.
“We’re passionate about what we do and those we serve,” Ziegler confirmed of a career at Bridgeway Senior Healthcare. “Our mission as the Bridgeway team is to positively impact the life and well-being of our residents by providing quality care with the utmost kindness and compassion each and every day.”
