Bernardsville Farmers Market
This welcoming market is celebrating twenty-five years of being in business. That’s an accomplishment for anyone to be pleased with. Come show your support – we won’t have to twist your arm once you see the delicious variety of fresh vegetables and fruit. The market is open Saturdays from nine A.M. – one P.M. through 11/23/19. So you can come by and check this out once the market at Bernardsville ends for the year.
Bound Brook Farmers Market

If you get munchy while you’re exploring, swing by the Bound Brook Farmer’s Market, located in the parking lot on Main Street and John Street. Here you’ll choose from a plethora of fresh fruits, veggies, organic foods, the local specialties and handmade crafts! Bridgewater Farmers Market
You’ll want to bring the whole family out to the Bridgewater Farmers Market at the Bridgewater Library. Make sure you and the crew are running on empty stomachs when the time comes. Some things for sale include fresh veggies, fresh fruit, different meats, cheese, fish, breads and baked goods, pickles/olives, pierogies and kielbasa, jams, natural beauty products, and essential oils. There will be face painting and live music as well, so it’s going to be a blast! If you want to come the market will be open every Sunday from 11 A.M. to 3 P.M. through 10/20/19.
Duke Farms
This farm has been a destination for the folks of Somerset County and the rest of New Jersey for almost a hundred years. Duke Farms is a huge 2,740 acre property in Hillsborough of undeveloped land that is privately-owned. Even in the face of pressure, Duke Farms aims to be a model of environmental stewardship I our modern age. Their goal is to inspire people to take on the torch of environmental stewardship as well. Kids will enjoy time at the new orientation center, where there are educational exhibits, a classroom and a café. This place is so big that you’ll be glad to know that there is a tram for convenient shuttling through the park. Visitors will also enjoy the 18 miles of walking and hiking trails, as well as 12 miles of bicycle trails and 4 miles of paved lanes for wheelchair access.
